Guide To Fix HP Printer Blue Screen Error



HP Printer Blue Screen is one of the most common issues that HP users have to encounter. This error usually arises when you update your router firmware. Step 1: Update your router firmware

Updating your Router firmware might help you fix the issue. You can contact your router manufacturer to get your router firmware updated. If you find your router firmware outdated, follow the on-screen instructions properly. Once your firmware is updated, try reconnecting it with the wireless network. In case this doesn’t solve the issue, continue to the next step.

Step 2: Find your router IP address

Look for your router IP address through any device that has Windows and is already connected to the router wirelessly. 

1)Search the Windows for the Command Prompt and after then open the Command Prompt present in the search results list

2) Type ipconfig in the Command Prompt window and hit the Enter button

3) Scroll the mouse upwards and find the section where Wireless LAN settings are present.

4) Note down the details such as Default Gateway, Subnet Mask, and IPv4 Address. These details may be required later.

Step 3: Restore the Printer network details.

Ensure that your printer is error-free and does not have any faulty wireless network connection.

Step 4: Connect your printer to HP wireless direct

HP Wireless Direct and Wi-Fi Direct will allow your printer to broadcast the wireless connection. This wireless connection can be used to access the printer network settings using the embedded web server (EWS).

Step 5: Assign the IP Address to the printer.

Assign the network settings using an EWS printer, which is compatible with the Ubee router
